Returns & Cancellations

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we make returns and cancellations straightforward.

Returns

Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. Items must be unused and in original condition. Some items (like opened personal care) may not be eligible for return for safety reasons.

How to start a return

  1. Email create@pasrkling.shop with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide return instructions and, when applicable, a prepaid label.
  3. Pack the item securely and drop it at the designated carrier.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel orders prior to shipping. Once an order has shipped you'll need to follow the returns process.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item. Processing time may take 5–10 business days after the return is received.
